MemeTools Mobile Terms of Use
Effective and Last Updated: August 26, 2026
These Mobile Terms of Use (“Mobile Terms”) govern access to and use of the MemeTools mobile application (the “Mobile App”). By installing, accessing, or using the Mobile App, you agree to these Mobile Terms and the Mobile Privacy & Risk Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Mobile App.
1. Mobile Service
The Mobile App provides non-custodial software tools that may allow users to create or import wallets, view public blockchain information and social content, track tokens, transfer digital assets, create tokens through third-party launchpads, and initiate purchases or sales through independently operated blockchain protocols. Feature availability varies by platform, network, build, provider, account, and region.
MemeTools develops the Mobile App interface. It does not operate the underlying blockchains, launchpads, exchanges, smart contracts, wallet providers, or fiat-ramp services.
2. Eligibility and Regional Restrictions
You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter these Mobile Terms, and be legally permitted to use each requested feature. You may not use the Mobile App if you are subject to applicable sanctions, located in a prohibited jurisdiction, or unable to lawfully create, acquire, sell, hold, or transfer the relevant digital asset.
MemeTools and third-party providers may restrict or disable features based on location, regulatory requirements, provider rules, platform requirements, security concerns, or other risk factors. You must not circumvent geographic or technical restrictions. App-store availability does not guarantee that every feature is lawful or available in a particular location.
3. Non-Custodial Wallet
Wallet private keys and recovery phrases are generated or imported and stored locally on the user’s device. MemeTools does not receive, custody, recover, or independently control them. You control transactions authorized with those credentials and are responsible for device security, backups, wallet secrets, and every transaction initiated from your wallet.
MemeTools cannot reverse a transaction, recover a lost wallet, freeze assets, restore a recovery phrase, or return assets sent to an incorrect or incompatible address. Never provide wallet secrets to MemeTools support or any third party.
4. User-Authorized Blockchain Transactions
When you choose an action, the Mobile App may construct, sign locally, and broadcast a transaction to a public blockchain. You must review the token, network, recipient, amount, estimated output, slippage, smart contract, and fees before confirmation.
MemeTools does not maintain an order book, match buyers with sellers, set market prices, custody settlement assets, or act as counterparty. Trades and launches execute against independently operated smart contracts or third-party services. Submission does not guarantee confirmation, execution, price, timing, or success.
5. Third-Party Protocols and Providers
The Mobile App may interact with services including Pump.fun, LetsBonk or Raydium Launchpad, Pons, Flap, blockchain RPC services, metadata or IPFS providers, Phantom, Coinbase, MoonPay, PostHog, and other providers displayed in the Mobile App. Third-party names identify compatibility and do not imply endorsement, ownership, partnership, regulatory approval, or a guarantee by MemeTools.
Your use of a third-party service is also governed by that provider’s terms, privacy policy, eligibility rules, fees, and compliance controls. MemeTools is not responsible for third-party code, outages, exploits, incorrect data, rejected identity checks, frozen provider accounts, smart-contract changes, liquidity, or losses caused by those services.
6. Token Creation and Issuer Responsibilities
If you create or promote a token, you act on your own behalf and not as an agent, employee, partner, or representative of MemeTools. MemeTools does not issue, sponsor, endorse, underwrite, market, or promise to repurchase user-created tokens.
You are solely responsible for token content, intellectual-property rights, supply, allocations, taxes, liquidity, disclosures, distribution, marketing, purchasers, and compliance with securities, commodities, consumer-protection, sanctions, anti-money-laundering, advertising, and other applicable laws. You must not describe a token as approved by MemeTools, Apple, Google, a launchpad, or any regulator unless you have verifiable authorization.
7. Fees and Costs
MemeTools may charge a service fee equal to 1% of the initial developer purchase amount on supported on-chain token launches. The applicable amount is disclosed in the Mobile App before submission. Separate blockchain network fees, gas, priority fees, protocol fees, creator fees, token taxes, slippage, fiat-ramp charges, or wallet-provider fees may also apply.
Network and third-party fees are outside MemeTools’ control and may change without notice. Except where required by law, confirmed blockchain transactions and consumed network or protocol fees are non-refundable.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the Mobile App to violate law or third-party rights; evade sanctions, identity checks, geographic restrictions, or licensing requirements; defraud or mislead others; manipulate markets; conduct wash trading; create artificial volume; engage in front-running or deceptive coordinated trading; distribute malware; steal credentials; infringe intellectual property; promote unlawful securities; conceal criminal proceeds; or interfere with the Mobile App, a network, or another user.
You must not make false statements about token ownership, liquidity, returns, affiliations, audits, safety, or regulatory status. MemeTools may restrict access or cooperate with lawful requests concerning suspected abuse.
9. Financial and Technical Risks
Digital assets and memecoins are highly speculative. Prices can change rapidly and an asset may lose all value. Smart contracts may contain defects or malicious logic. Transactions may fail, be delayed, execute at an unexpected price, or be permanently lost. Networks can fork, halt, congest, or change fees and rules.
MemeTools does not provide investment, brokerage, legal, tax, accounting, or fiduciary services. Content, prices, social posts, analytics, and token information are informational and may be inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, or manipulated. You make every decision independently and should obtain professional advice where appropriate.
10. Fiat Ramps and External Wallet Transfers
Coinbase, MoonPay, Phantom, and similar providers independently provide optional purchase, sale, deposit, withdrawal, or transfer services. MemeTools does not determine their exchange rates, eligibility decisions, identity requirements, settlement times, or fees. The selected provider is responsible for its hosted service and may reject or suspend a transaction under its own rules.
11. Privacy and Public Data
The Mobile Privacy & Risk Policy at https://memetools.fun/mobile-policy explains local wallet storage, limited analytics, third-party disclosures, public blockchain records, token metadata, security, retention, and user choices. Blockchain and distributed-storage information may be public and permanent.
12. Availability, Updates, and Changes
MemeTools may add, modify, restrict, suspend, or remove a feature at any time for product, security, legal, regulatory, provider, network, or platform reasons. Updates may be required to continue using the Mobile App. MemeTools does not guarantee that a particular blockchain, token, launchpad, ramp, wallet, or feature will remain supported.
These Mobile Terms may be updated. Continued use after the updated effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree with an update, stop using the Mobile App.
13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Mobile App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, accuracy, security, transaction success, liquidity, legality, or value.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MemeTools and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, loss of data, lost wallet access, loss of digital assets, smart-contract losses, or third-party service failures arising from use of the Mobile App. Nothing in these Mobile Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
14. Suspension, Indemnity, and Contact
MemeTools may suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a violation, security incident, legal requirement, third-party restriction, or risk to users or the service. Because wallets are non-custodial, suspension of the Mobile App does not give MemeTools custody or control of blockchain assets.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify MemeTools and its contributors against claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your token, content, unlawful conduct, infringement of third-party rights, or material violation of these Mobile Terms.
Questions may be submitted through the official support channels listed at https://memetools.fun. Do not send private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases, or other wallet secrets to support.
