MemeTools Content Studio — Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated: September 29, 2026

1. Scope and contact

This policy explains how MemeTools handles information when you use MemeTools Content Studio (also called Content Engine), its connected publishing features, and its Content Studio webpages. It does not describe the separate MemeTools trading or mobile-wallet products. For privacy questions or requests, contact andrijagajicbusiness@gmail.com.

2. Information we process

Account information: sign-in email, account identifier, authentication/session information, and preferences.

Content and projects: prompts, scripts, captions, images, audio, video, character references, project settings, generated outputs, and metadata you create, import, or save. Some content is stored on your device; project records and media may also be stored in our cloud backend. Media used for delivery or generation may be accessible through public or time-limited links; do not upload confidential material without checking the feature and sharing settings.

Connected social accounts: platform account identifiers, usernames, display names, permissions, authorization tokens and expiry dates, and profile or creator information returned by the platform, such as avatars and available publishing settings. These are obtained through your authorization. Social-account passwords are entered with the platform, not collected by Content Studio.

Publishing and operational records: selected media, captions, destination accounts, privacy and interaction settings, scheduling instructions, post identifiers, publication status, timestamps, and error or diagnostic information. Hosting providers may process IP addresses, requests, and security logs.

3. How we use information

We use information to authenticate users; create, edit, render, store, and retrieve content; display connected accounts; carry out publishing or scheduling instructions; report results and troubleshoot failures; maintain security; and respond to support and privacy requests. Connecting an account does not itself authorize a post. Publishing requires your instruction, including a schedule you explicitly set. We do not sell personal information or use connected-account data for advertising profiles.

4. Services that receive information

Supabase provides authentication, database and file storage, and backend functions. TikTok and Meta/Instagram receive media, captions, settings, and authorization information necessary for connections and posts you request. Optional AI features may send prompts, text, images, voice references, or selected media to configured providers, including OpenAI, Fish Audio, Higgsfield, and other providers offered by the feature. Optional Framer publishing sends chosen content to your configured Framer project. Framer hosts these public webpages. Provider terms and privacy policies apply to their own processing. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect rights, security, or prevent abuse. We do not send social authorization tokens to AI providers for content generation.

5. Storage and security

Social authorization tokens are encrypted before backend storage. Supported desktop secrets and sessions use operating-system-backed encryption when available. We use access controls and secure connections, but no system is completely secure. Service providers may process information outside your country; applicable data-protection requirements still apply. Keep your device, credentials, and API keys secure.

6. Retention and deletion

Project and media records remain available while needed to provide the service, until you delete them using available controls or request deletion, subject to necessary security, dispute, and legal retention. Retention varies by data type and provider; we do not promise an automatic fixed deletion period.

Disconnect accounts in Content Studio’s social-publishing settings. Disconnecting removes the stored connection and tokens and cancels its scheduled posts; an in-progress post may need to finish first. You can also revoke the app in the social platform’s settings. Disconnecting does not delete previously published posts, local exports, or all project/history records. Delete published posts on the relevant platform.

Request deletion of remaining Content Studio data by emailing andrijagajicbusiness@gmail.com with your account email and the scope of your request. Do not send passwords or tokens. We may verify ownership and will respond within applicable legal time limits. Backup copies and legally required records may remain for a limited period under applicable retention requirements.

7. Your choices and rights

Choose which accounts to connect, decline optional integrations, revoke permissions, and use available deletion controls. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to processing, or receive a portable copy of personal information, and complain to your local data-protection authority. Contact us to exercise these rights. Where relevant, processing is based on providing the service you request, consent for optional activities, legitimate interests in security and support, and legal obligations. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.

8. Children and changes

Content Studio is intended for adults and not directed to children under 18. Contact us if you believe a child supplied personal information. We may update this policy as the service changes, identify the latest effective date, and provide additional notice when required.
