MemeTools Content Studio — Terms of Service

Effective and last updated: September 29, 2026

1. Scope

These terms govern MemeTools Content Studio (also called Content Engine) and its content-creation and connected-publishing features, provided under the MemeTools name. Access is currently limited to our team and invited users. These terms do not govern the separate MemeTools trading or mobile-wallet products. By using Content Studio, you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions: andrijagajicbusiness@gmail.com.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and authorized to use the service and any social account, media, API key, or workspace you connect. If acting for an organization, you must have authority to do so. Keep credentials secure and report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activities you authorize through your account.

3. Content and permissions

You retain your rights in supplied content, subject to third-party rights and provider terms. You grant MemeTools limited permission to process, store, render, transmit, and publish that content to deliver requested features. You must have necessary rights and consent for images, music, video, voices, likenesses, and other material. Do not impersonate people, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or create unlawful or deceptive content. AI material may be inaccurate or non-unique; review it before use and comply with applicable disclosure and labeling requirements.

4. Social publishing

Connections use the platform’s authorization flow. Review the destination account, media, caption, visibility, and available interaction settings before confirming a post or schedule. Confirmation authorizes the requested upload/publication, including scheduled actions. Platform eligibility, permissions, moderation, rate limits, API access, and review requirements apply. We do not guarantee publication, reach, engagement, monetization, or uninterrupted integration access. Disconnecting does not remove published posts; manage those on the platform. Do not use Content Studio for spam, fake engagement, platform-restriction evasion, or unauthorized automation.

5. Third-party services and costs

TikTok, Instagram/Meta, Supabase, AI providers, Framer, and other enabled services operate under their own applicable terms and policies. You are responsible for charges under your provider accounts and separately agreed service charges. These terms do not create a new subscription or authorize undisclosed fees. Provider names describe technical integration and do not imply partnership or endorsement.

6. Acceptable use and availability

Do not compromise security, access another user’s data without permission, misuse credentials, overload services, or bypass safeguards. We may restrict access to address abuse, security issues, legal obligations, or loss of provider access. Features may change or be discontinued; keep independent copies of important content. You may stop using the service and request deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Content Studio is provided as available without guarantees that outputs are accurate, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing content and publishing instructions. We are not responsible for failures of independent platforms outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

8. Privacy, changes, and contact

Our Privacy Policy (/content-studio/privacy) explains processing, disconnection, and deletion requests. We may update these terms, show the effective date, and provide notice where required. For support or questions, email andrijagajicbusiness@gmail.com.
